ATSC 3.0 Framework Alliance, LLC, and activities under the brand name RUN3TV (“RUN3TV”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This RUN3TV Website Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information that may be used, directly or indirectly, to identify you (“Personal Information”) when you visit any of our websites (e.g., www.run3tv.com), applications (the “Sites”), or interact with us offline. This Privacy Policy applies when we collect or receive Personal Information about you as a controller (i.e., responsible party or similar term under applicable law). RUN3TV’s application and services may be used by businesses (e.g., broadcasters) as our customers. In such cases, RUN3TV acts as a processor or service provider on behalf of our customers using the RUN3TV application or service, and this Privacy Policy would not apply to your Personal Information. Instead, our customers act as controllers of your Personal Information, and their relevant privacy policy would apply to their collection and use of your Personal Information through the RUN3TV application.
